Office atmosphere was wonderful, which made the experience that much better. It was nice to see Dr. Ringfeil in a not so hectic setting (like Jefferson Dermatology!)

Today I had to wait 45 min. to see the Doctor. I understand that sometimes other appointments run over but I took time off work to come here and I felt like I spent most of my time here waiting to see her.

How about a smile to greet a brand new patient? How about explaining that I need to go and fill out info on the computer instead of pointing over there you need to complete things. I felt like walking out by the rudeness. The medical assistant and phys asst were extremely kind, thorough and helpful. I realized that I was here to seek help for my child and received amazing medical help. Thank you.
